What do I need to run Farmville Magic Tools?
- Microsoft Windows XP/2003/Vista/Seven
- An Internet Browser (internet explorer, opera, firefox, chrome, safari, …)
- Flash plugin with zoom at 100%
- Display color depth at 24 or 32 bits (instructions here and here)

Does it run on a Mac?
No, you can’t run it on OSX, but you can use some virtualization software and run it from virtualized Windows.
How to use it?
- Start Farmville
- While the game is running, drag the cow over the game
window - TO PLOW
- Zoom out the view as far as possible
- Press the Magic Plow Tool button.
- TO PLANT
- Select a seed in the game
- Zoom out the view as far as possible
- Press the Magic Plant Tool button.
- TO HARVEST
- Zoom out the view as far as possible
- Press the Magic Harvest Tool button.
(this program will autoupdate for new plants support)
- You can enable the Automatic Sell/Delete confirm. Be careful.
- You can enable the Automatic Harvest/Collect from trees and animals, just click on the item and the program will click harvest/collect for you.
It doesn’t harvest my fertilized crops! What can I do?
You can post a comment specifying which fertilized plant can’t be harvested and we’ll add support for it.
From version 1.5 you can use the Custom Crop feature to teach Fvmt which crop you want to harvest.
I dragged the cow but I get a Farmville not found error. What can I do?
Make sure your farm is fully visible, and that is not covered by other windows, including the Farmville Magic Tools one.
Anyway you can use the Moooo Box (in version > 1.6) instead of dragging the cow.
Each time I run the software I receive “there is a problem contating the server. please restart the application” error. What can I do?
The software needs to connect to our server in order to receive plants data and for online protection. If you’re behind a firewall just allow internet access to the software (port 80).

I am still getting the “farmville not found” error when dragging the cow over screen. i am zoomed out all the way and the tools window is off to the side…what do i do?

Open the program (double click on the barn) and you’ll see the cow.

I keep getting a message saying farmville not found. I zoomed out as much as possible and made sure nothing was covering my farm just like it said to do and it didn’t help. Could my farm be too big? How do I fix this?

when i drag cow into my farm. it pops up an error \farmville not found\… what should i do now?
Also.. this happens in XP Pro SP2 also IE or Firefox also GreenBrowswer, and also using Windows 7 32 bit both with IE8 and Firefox.

try dragging cow to just above the farmville play area 1cm above top gameplay tab bar, it might work.. also make sure not using punkbuster anti-cheat game software.

The tree/animal help is not as quick as the crops, but still worth having. It reduces clicks – does not do in one.
Check the box ‘Harvest tree etc. Drag cow over VF. Writing on magic should be black not grey if your farm has been found. Go to each 100% ready tree and click once – should harvest immediately – without having to open box, dropdown to harvest and clicking again.

If you get Farm not found… it seemed to help it work for me if I opened a new tab or window with a fresh Farmville window, rather than one which had been played on several pages.
When the bot box comes up the boxes of magic plow, magic pant, & harvest DO NOT turn dark so I can’t click on them in order to make the cow work. Also get the error message that farmville is not found… Please advise what I can do to make this work.

When you have your Farmville window open ready to play, before you drag the cow over it… make sure
1) it’s zoomed out as far as it goes, and
2) the words along the top: Gifts, Play and Neighbours are all visible, … and
3) the window/box for Magic Tools is not covering the ‘play’ window in any way.
And then it should work fine (-mine does!)

When I am harvisting Blueberries it only selects about 50%-60% of the crop and I have to go back and manually select the leftovers. It does not follow any pattern and it can be any area of the farm.
I can use the program. it comes up there is a problem connecting to the server. i cheked the firewall and it is allowed. sorry my english
